Ashley caesar-cuyler, MPH

Public Health Consultant

Ashley Caesar-Cuyler is a Consultant with MHC. She holds a B.A in Legal Studies and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a Masters in Public Health from American Public University. Ashley is a 8-year veteran in public health. She is proficient in Infectious Disease investigations, Epidemiological principles, and Health Education and Prevention.

Ashley conducts health research for MHC's HIV education contract, and occasionally oversees other subgrants and projects for MHC.

Vince Collins

Public Health Consultant

Vince Collins has over 15 years of Human Services experience in the non-profit sector. Leading programing in youth services, health education, HIV services, LGBTQ+ advocacy and company diversity, equality and inclusion planning. Mr. Collins, currently works at the LGBTQ+ Community Center of Southern Nevada. Having served as HIV Services Manager, Director Operations, and currently the Director of Community Wellness, he has conceptualized, built, and led many programs and services that have impacted thousands of Nevadans state wide.

Mahir hussein, B.A. 

Community Health Worker

Mahir Hussein is a Community Health Worker with MHC. He recently graduated with his B.A. in Public Health, and a minor in Religious Studies from University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Mahir never thought his Muslim Oromo background and his love for Public Health would ever merge, but he found that he could use both conducting educational outreach events within faith-based populations for MHC.  While in college, Mahir was the Muslim Student Association President for two years, and still serves as Vice Publicity Chair for the Black Caucus of Health Workers. He is a Deeply Rooted Emerging Leadership Fellow (Class of ‘19) as well as a 2020 Southern Nevada Public Health Association Mentee. His interests are: holistic therapy, public health, religious studies, and special education.

Mahogany feaster, B.S.

Community Health Worker

Mahogany Feaster is a Community Health  Worker with MHC. She received her B.S. in Community Health Science with an emphasis in Public Health from University Nevada Reno in 2019. Mahogany has a passion for advocacy and health policy in order to improve health disparities in marginalized groups. She has 2 years of experience working in healthcare, and is excited to bring her experience to her work with MHC conducting educational outreach events within communities of color and low-income populations.
