Ashley caesar-cuyler, MPH
Lead Public Health Consultant
Ashley Caesar-Cuyler is a Lead Consultant with MHC. She holds a B.A in Legal Studies and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a Masters in Public Health from American Public University. Ashley is a 7-year veteran in public health. She is proficient in infectious disease investigations, epidemiological principles, and health education and prevention.
She lives in Chicago conducting health research, collecting data and overseeing various contracts and projects for MHC.
Community Health Worker
Kindra Lowery is a contracted Community Health Worker with MHC. Having completed the Community Health Worker Training with the College of Southern Nevada in 2018, she now conducts health research and works on various projects for MHC. Kindra also comes with additional experience in the healthcare field as a Medical Billing/Claims Specialist, and an Eligibility Coordinator proved to be invaluable as she was a liaison between the insurance companies, the hospitals, rehabilitation centers, patients, as well as their family members. Kindra believes that everyone deserves an advocate.
With a rich history in Foster Care Advocacy, as well as being a licensed Foster Care parent herself, Kindra is determined to bring awareness and education to parents, faith-based ministries, and the school system regarding patients’ rights, and public health resources.
temeka towns-marshall, M.S.
Human Services Consultant
Temeka is a Human Services Outreach Specialist with MHC. She holds a Master’s of Science in Psychology from Capella University, and a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology with a minor in Addiction Treatment from Nevada State College. Temeka comes to MHC with years of experience helping people. She recently worked with the Department of Family services where she was a Family Service Specialist for 4 years, and has over 14 years of medical field experience as well working in in a wide variety of specialties. Temeka was nominated twice for the Daisy Foundation Award through her previous employer, University of Southern Nevada Medical Center.
mona lisa paulo
Public Health Consultant
Mona Lisa Paulo is a part-time contractor with MHC, teaching the Spanish classes for the Families Talking Together parent intervention class. Mona Lisa comes to MHC with extensive experience in case management, community engagement, outreach, grant and program, management, program development, strategic planning and initiatives. She holds two undergraduate degrees from University of Nevada, Reno and is currently pursuing an MPH from University of Nevada Las Vegas.
